Below is a copy of the approval letter we received from the Rwandan Government. This is the result of all our paperwork and dossier. This letter notes a few important things:
- It approves us for two children!
- It assigns us to the Home of Hope Orphanage. Before this point we did not know which orphanage we might be adopting from. This orphanage is a Catholic orphanage run by the Missionaries of Charity (Sisters of Mother Teresa of Calcutta.)
We're starting to get excited now! We expect our referral in the next 3 weeks and travel will probably happen sometime late summer.
Woo-hoo! Aunty Taylor is looking forward to meeting the new addition(s)!

This was such an encouragement to me and I am so happy for you! We are still prayerfully considering an adoption from Rwanda. Even though everything for us seems to be pointing in that direction, we are taking the week to pray and fast.
Looking at your actual letter from Rwanda, I couldn't help but get INSANELY excited!!!!

Found your letter while researching orphanages in Rwanda. My daughter is volunteering Sept-Nov with Faith Victory Assoc and will be assigned to assist at one of their orphanages. Congratulations on your new soon to be family. Heidi, Idaho
